Richard started in Banking in 1999 in what was Cheltenham & Gloucester in Holborn, W1. He became a broker in 2003 and has worked at some of the countries largest firms. In 2014 he decided to start his own company which would be based on old fashioned principals of meeting clients, providing excellent advice and service. He still sees clients, while also running the company and in-between this manages to find time to stay active in his favourite hobbies of boxing and running. However, taking time out to spending time with his 2 daughters and wife remains a fundamental part of his life. A vociferous reader, he is always on the lookout for a good recommendation.

Having graduated from university with a degree in International business, Raj entered straight into the mortgage and protection world by getting his CeMap qualification. He joined Rose Capital Partners in February 2017 already having three and a half years’ experience in the industry helping clients from all over the UK purchase or remortgage their property, whether that be for themselves to live in or let out. At Rose Capital, He has further developed his knowledge to now work on all areas of securing finance against property whether it be Bridging finance or development finance alongside the traditional routes which he continues to do. With the above experience, he is now a broker with huge amounts of experience in the mortgage and protection market so finding the right product to suit your circumstances is something that he would do naturally. He has built relationships and contacts in the industry which help him get deals agreed that others may not be able to with also the ability to get the deals agreed as quickly as possible.
