The world is certainly looking up! We are allowed to have a Christmas, lockdown as eased up and the UK will be the first country in the world to get a vaccine for COVID! And they say a week is a long time in politics… We aren’t quite out of the woods yet, but the end does look in sight now which is the best Christmas present we could have possibly asked for.

Modern Wisdom podcast

With our new found freedom again, I have getting out and about a bit more, which has meant I have also embraced some podcasts. While I love nothing better than curling up by the fireplace with a good book, equally, popping in my ear buds and listening to a podcast while chasing Squirrels around the woods is a great use of time as it turns out! In my opinion one of the best ones out there is Modern Wisdom hosted by the very talented Chris Williamson.

Richard is a huge fan of this one too (and is who got me onto this in the first place) and had a detailed review printed in the FT Adviser recently, so for more info on the pod, who they have on, and what it is all about, click the below link to learn more.

In a nutshell, it is very business and fitness focused and often talks about how the two overlap. Chris has some great guests on who are truly thought provoking. He also has some great ‘life hacks’ which you can get from his website.

All the info and more is on the below review, so please do look it up for more info as this is great brain food. Exactly what you should be listening too in order to get you pumped up for an exciting 2021!

Happy listening and stay safe.
